Bigband-scores.com is an online shop where you can buy bigband arrangments. The scores will be sent to your inbox as PDF files.

To buy scores, please browse the scores available by hover the mouse over the menu item "Scores". Click the desired submenu, and browse though the scores. If you want to buy a score, simply click the green "Buy" button right to the score item. Once clicked the score item be added to your basket which you will find in the top of the page. Click the green "basket" button when finished adding the desired scores to proceed to the payment procedure.

In your shopping basket at bigband-scores.com beneath "your basket" you can see the bigband scores actually in your basket. You can add mores scores by pressing: "Continue shopping" or remove scores from the basket using the eraser icon left to each score listed.

Delievering: The scores will be sent to your email-adress the moment the payment gateway has accepted your payment. This means you will get the scores instant, unless your credit card is not accepted by our payment gateway.

Filetype: PDF files compressed as a zip file. 1 PDF file containing the transposed score, and 1 PDF file for each part. To unzip the files use a unzip application, which you find in most modern OS. To view the pdf files, use a PDF reader such as Adobe reader. You can print your scores using any printing device attached to your computer.

Fee: An credit card fee will be added depending on your creditcard provider. The fee is typically a few dollars 1-2 USD. No shipping fee, as the scores will be sent by email.

Terms and conditions: We do not offer any kind of money back guarantee once you payment has been processed. If you experience problems with the mail containing the scores, please contact us at info@bigband-scores.com or +45 29 72 58 58. From time to time it happens that the mail containing the scores ends up in customers spam-filter, so please check your spam-filter before contacting us in case of troubles.

Your e-mail: Bigband-scores.com does not pass on your e-mail-address to third party, neihter do we publice your e-mail-address anywhere.

Ordering Scores:

• Once you have selected the products you wish to order, click on the “Basket” button at top of the webpage.
• Once you have clicked on the “Buy” button at the "Your basket page", you have made a binding offer for the sale of goods. Your offer at this stage is still subject to our acceptance. In order that we may accept your offer, we obtain an authorisation from your Credit card company for the amount detailed on the order summary page. We are not taking funds from your card at this stage, although the amount available for you to spend will be reduced by the authorisation. This is a normal process with the banks. If your credit card should not give an authorisation, your order will not be processed further.
• Bigband-scores.com will E-mail you to confirm your order has been received. This e-mail contains a hyperlink where you can retreive the scores you have bought, once you click this link an email will be sent to you containing the orders.
• We are deemed to have accepted your offer, and a corresponding contract of sale for the products you have ordered is concluded between you and Bigbands-scores only upon those products being mailed to you, as detailed in the dispatch confirmation E-mail.

 

 

General Terms and Conditions

1) Order Cancellation

Since the product we sell at bigband-scores is delievered by e-mail as PDF files we do not offer any kind of money back guarentee. If an unexpected technical error occurs, and you do not receive any e-mail, with the scores you ordered, we will help you and make sure that you will be able to download the scores manually to your computer.

Bigband-scores.com Shop reserves the right to:

• Bigband-scores.com shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification or withdrawal; and/or
• Change the Conditions from time to time, and your continued use of Bigband-scores.com Online Store (or any part thereof) following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether the Conditions have been changed. If you do not agree to any change to the Conditions then you must immediately stop using Bigband-scores.com Store.
• If The Bigband-scores.com should change these Conditions, your order will be subject to the Terms and Conditions at the Date and time of you placing your order. Copies of the appropriate T&C are available by email from.

If any part of the Conditions is declared unlawful or unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed deleted from the Conditions and the remaining provisions of the Conditions shall remain in full force and effect.
